# YAAIF > YAAIF is the enterprise agentic AI OS. An open-standards platform that puts > governed agents to work across the business with no vendor lock-in, and with > compliance built in from day one. It is built and operated by BeezLabs US Inc > and runs inside the customer's cloud or on-prem perimeter. The team helps > CIOs and CTOs move from first pilot to enterprise rollout without giving up > control. ## Brand terminology - Category descriptor: "enterprise agentic AI OS". - Generic noun for the running software: "platform". ## Who it is for - Office of the CIO and CTO - Governance, risk, and compliance teams - Operations leaders accountable for run-the-business cost and SLAs ## What it does, in one paragraph YAAIF lets business users describe work in natural language. The platform's agents reason over enterprise context, propose a plan, pass through configurable policy and human-approval gates, then execute against the customer's existing systems of record. Every prompt, decision, approval, and action is captured as a structured audit trace. ## Where it runs Three deployment options, chosen per customer: 1. Bare-metal Linux, including air-gapped and sovereign environments. 2. Customer cloud tenant on AWS, Azure, GCP, or any Kubernetes platform. 3. Managed SaaS operated by BeezLabs on dedicated, single-tenant infrastructure. For options 1 and 2, data and secrets stay in the customer environment with no mandatory call-home and no shared multi-tenant store. For option 3, the customer's environment is dedicated and isolated, operated by BeezLabs. Configurations and workflows the customer creates belong to the customer. The choice is reversible: customers can migrate between deployment models because configurations, workflows, and audit data use open formats. ## How customers buy - 30-minute briefing -> defensible go / no-go on a 30-day pilot - 30-day pilot on one workflow -> hard numbers and a regulator-ready audit sample - Enterprise rollout -> platform adoption plus solution delivery for the workflows the customer chooses to standardize ## What is intentionally not on this site Product screenshots, customer names, internal feature names, architecture internals, infrastructure topology, and deployment sizing are not published. Technical briefs are shared under NDA with qualified prospects. ## Contact - General, sales, and privacy: yaaif@beezlabs.com - Security, legal, and escalations: kn@beezlabs.com - Briefings: https://yaaif.com/book/ - Company: https://beezlabs.com/ ## Pages - Home (executive summary): https://yaaif.com/ - Why YAAIF (hub): https://yaaif.com/why/ - Why now: https://yaaif.com/why/now/ - Decision lens: https://yaaif.com/why/decision/ - Compare: https://yaaif.com/why/compare/ - Proof: https://yaaif.com/why/proof/ - Platform (hub): https://yaaif.com/platform/ - How it works: https://yaaif.com/platform/how/ - Patterns: https://yaaif.com/platform/patterns/ - Channels: https://yaaif.com/platform/channels/ - Deploy: https://yaaif.com/platform/deploy/ - Trust: https://yaaif.com/platform/trust/ - Observability: https://yaaif.com/platform/observability/ - Use cases (by business domain, industry, and enterprise system): https://yaaif.com/use-cases/ - About: https://yaaif.com/about/ - Book a briefing: https://yaaif.com/book/ - Whitepapers: https://yaaif.com/whitepaper/ - Enterprise AI Agent Methodology whitepaper: https://yaaif.com/whitepaper/ai-agent-methodology/ Whitepaper PDFs are gated behind `/api/whitepaper/` (Cloudflare Worker).
