Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how BeezLabs US Inc ("BeezLabs", "we", "us") collects and uses information in connection with the marketing website at yaaif.com (the "Site"). It does not cover information processed inside customer deployments of the YAAIF platform; that processing is governed by the agreement signed with each customer.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. If you contact us by email or schedule a call, we receive the information you choose to share (for example, your name, work email, company, and the message you send).
  • Scheduling data. Calls are scheduled through Microsoft Bookings. When you book a call, the information you submit is processed by Microsoft on our behalf and delivered to our scheduling mailbox. See Microsoft's privacy documentation for details on how Microsoft Bookings handles your data.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider receives standard request information (IP address, user agent, referrer, requested URL, timestamp) to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
  • Fonts. The Site loads typography from Google Fonts; Google may receive request metadata when your browser fetches those font files.

2. What we do not do

  • The Site does not set marketing or advertising cookies.
  • We do not sell or rent personal information.
  • We do not run third-party advertising networks on the Site.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and to schedule and conduct meetings you request.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Data sharing

We share information with vendors that help us run the Site and our scheduling, including Microsoft (Microsoft Bookings, email), our DNS and hosting providers, and Google Fonts. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BeezLabs, our customers, or others.

5. Data retention

We retain inquiry and scheduling information only as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. Contact [email protected] (or [email protected] for direct escalation) to make a request. We will verify your identity before acting on it.

7. International users

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

8. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
