These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the marketing website at yaaif.com (the "Site"), operated by BeezLabs US Inc ("BeezLabs", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. The Site is informational only; production use of the YAAIF platform is governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without prior written authorization.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems.
- Misrepresent your identity, including impersonating a customer, partner, or employee.
- Scrape or copy substantial portions of the Site for resale or redistribution.
2. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, layout, code, and the YAAIF name and logo, is owned by BeezLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.
3. Third-party services and links
The Site links to third-party services, including Microsoft Bookings for scheduling and Google Fonts for typography. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
4. Trademarks
"YAAIF" and the YAAIF logo are trademarks of BeezLabs US Inc. Microsoft, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Bookings, SAP, and other product names referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. References to those marks are descriptive only and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on the Site describes capabilities of the YAAIF platform in general terms and is not a binding commitment.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeezLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
