Book a briefing

30 minutes to test whether YAAIF deserves a 30-day pilot

A working session with an executive sponsor and a platform engineer. Outcome: a clear, defensible answer on whether to scope a pilot inside your environment.

Use the button below to pick a time that works for you. Scheduling is handled by Microsoft Bookings on our behalf.

Heads up before you click

  • You will be sent to bookings.cloud.microsoft, a Microsoft scheduling service.
  • The booking page is owned by the YAAIF briefing mailbox (@beezlabs.com).
  • Microsoft may ask you to sign in with a work or school account; you can also book as a guest.
  • We do not collect or store your information on yaaif.com itself.

What we will cover (in 30 minutes)

  • Current AI portfolio. What is already in flight, where it is stuck, what governance worries you.
  • The one workflow that matters this quarter. Volume, owners, systems of record, risk profile.
  • Control and audit posture. Approvals, data residency, identity, and regulatory obligations that apply.
  • What a 30-day pilot would look like. Scope, success metrics, and time commitment from your team.

Who should be on the call

  • An executive sponsor from the office of the CIO or CTO (or a chief of staff).
  • The process owner for the workflow you would like to pilot first.
  • Optional but useful: a platform engineer who knows your identity and integration stack.
