This Privacy Policy describes how we ("we", "us") collect and use information in connection with the marketing website at yaaif.com (the "Site"). It does not cover information processed inside customer deployments of the YAAIF platform; that processing is governed by the agreement signed with each customer.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide. If you contact us by email or schedule a call, we receive the information you choose to share (for example, your name, work email, company, and the message you send).
- Scheduling data. Calls are scheduled through Microsoft Bookings. When you book a call, the information you submit is processed by Microsoft on our behalf and delivered to our scheduling mailbox. See Microsoft's privacy documentation for details on how Microsoft Bookings handles your data.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider receives standard request information (IP address, user agent, referrer, requested URL, timestamp) to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. The Site loads typography from Google Fonts; Google may receive request metadata when your browser fetches those font files.
-
Analytics (with your consent). If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we
load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-2E3LD5Q4MM) to measure aggregate usage of the Site (for example, which pages are viewed). Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga,_ga_*) and receives technical information such as IP address, user agent, referrer, and page URL. We run Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled and use Google Consent Mode v2; until you consent, Google tags run in a limited state that does not read or write analytics or advertising cookies.
2. Cookies and your choices
The Site uses only functional storage that it needs to operate (for example, to remember your theme preference and your cookie choice). Analytics cookies are loaded only after you click “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time:

- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Data sharing
We share information with vendors that help us run the Site and our scheduling, including Microsoft (Microsoft Bookings, email), our DNS and hosting providers, Google Fonts, and, where you have consented, Google Analytics. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of us, our customers, or others.
6. Data retention
We retain inquiry and scheduling information only as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain ordinary business records. Analytics data is retained by Google per the retention setting configured in our Google Analytics property. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. Contact [email protected] (or [email protected] for direct escalation) to make a request. We will verify your identity before acting on it.
